Description
When turning right off of Osborn Ave. onto Whalley Ave, you are currently allowed to make a "right on red." However, because of the parked cars on the left side of Whalley Ave., combined with the speed that most cars travel on Whalley Ave., turning right on red is extremely dangerous. You can't see the oncoming cars unless you stick yourself partially into the intersection. Would it be possible to consider a No Turn on Red sign for Osborn Ave?
