Please keep in mind that a "closed" status in SeeClickFix does not mean the issue has been resolved but means that is "closed" in SeeClickFix and soon be picked up in our TRAKiT system once our staff is able to inspect the property. Like most places everywhere we are experiencing an extreme staffing shortage therefore incoming complaints are taking between 4-8 weeks for processing.
