Both lights are still out. I talked to the City employee so he was here. How do I reopen the ticket?

If the city thinks the light is repaired and it is not, then why is the city saying it is fixed? Obviously the light is still out. This is a safety issue, please revisit, thanks. - Celeste Deal, Neighbor

Good afternoon Ms. Deal: I go by what the Technicians are telling me. This outage reporting system was originally for electrical street lights not gas lights. All gas lights are handled by Public Utilities Customer Service Gas / Water Service Technicians. I am having to let them know when gas lights are out. Once they tell me they are repaired then I close the ticket out. Sorry for any miscommunication.

Lights have been repaired by Gas Distribution. All underground gas work completed.

The City is almost there. The light no longer has "do not use" tape on it indicating that it is safe to light. But it is not lit yet. Another team will do that. It was a big job. One more step.
