Homeless Encampments.

There are 4 or 5 tickets regarding this issue under illegally dumping and other . We need a separate category for Encampment reporting via mobile application.

Location 3400 San Pablo Ave Oakland, CA 94608. From 34th street to 35th street in front of 2 busy gas stations; USA gasoline and Chevron Stations.

Homeless people have increased their encampments. Each Encampment is made of several carts and trash cans with blue tarp over it. They sleep under it and urinate and leave garbage and human waste in the street and side walk. They talk loud in early morning(1 to 3 am) and causing additional nuisances to tenants living nearby.

One of City of Oakland supervisor responsible for this area is ignoring Encampments and keep closing tickets or issues with no action. He had more than 2 months to get all agencies together and close Encampments on city street and side walks. Do not close this ticket again until Encampments are gone.

Call, call & call again - I will get on the phone myself again Monday about this unbelieveable situation but the more people who call the Mayor's office, the DPW #, and anyone else they can think off (Public Health/ Sanitation). It's incredible that this is going on on a main State highway

We West Oaklanders have got to pay close attention to the Mayoral campaign leading to the 11/4/14 voting. Our new Mayor's #1 PRIORITY SHOULD BE to clean up the 1.2 mile stretch from the Emeryville border to Grand Ave along San Pablo Avenue. As long as the candidate offers concrete plans for a place to house the "street people" so that unhealthy, drug addicted, mentally unbalanced, homeless people are not just littering San Pablo Ave and its side streets; and provides funding to keep this area clean, I'm pushing a drive (going door door) throughout West Oakland Neighbors, West Oakland Green Initiative (WOGI), West-Oak High School Athletic Booster Club for him or her to win; gotta make sure WHOMEVER is elected Mayor addresses THIS area of Oakland first and foremost. Next major Mayoral Panel: Thursday, October 2, 7:45pm-8:30pm
