Blue Van P086 (Yale Van) pulled out onto Prospect street abruptly cutting off traffic- drove 5-10 mph down hill , stopped at a green light then later when turning stopped for no reason whatsoever in a clear intersection then took up two lanes on Whitney Ave. After finally honking he yelled obscenities when passing him. Is this how Yale represents itself in this town- No number to call and complain. Should have got out and told him where to put his phone.
