The new double yellow lines on Lincoln go from the center of the street into the street parking area which, technically doesn't allow travel heading to Trumbull unless you cross the double lines illegally.

The signage still allows street parking. It seems the cart is before the horse in anticipation of work at the school. Please coordinate, as it stands now parked cars are blocking the travel lane on Lincoln St.
