I made a request to remove the dying tree in front of my house on 10/20/21, case #11336686. Thereafter a sign was posted showing to remove the tree on Nov. 1, 2021. A few days later the sign was removed. This information was added to my original request. I tried to go back to my original request and the system showed "as not found." The tree is in very bad condition; with few leaves. The peel of the tree keeps falling off whenever there is wind. I am unable to provide a photo of the tree because I do not have the equipment to do so. Please help! Thanks. M. Sobko
