There are two trees at Westville Bible Chapel, 201 Alston Ave, New Haven, CT that we would like to be looked at. This first one is on Alston Ave. It is half dead. The picture shows there is no buds at the top of the tree. The tree has been failing over the last couple years. We believe this tree should come down.
