North bound on Woodland Hills @ North Park, The left turn signal is only green for 3 seconds. Been this way at least since Wednesday this week. City of Houston truck there at 4:30pm on Wednesday but did not fix it. Takes multiple cycles to turn left. It was not like this before this week.
