The illegal front yard parking here is dangerous and ugly. Who owns the building? Can LCI address this issue? Thanks for posting.

They have been parking in front of the building for as long as I have been there.... Years. Very shabby looking.

The address is misstated it is not 542 chapel, it is the building next door, not sure what the number is.
