I just called DC's 311 to check on the status of this. A few comments that I learned from the customer service representative:
1) No identifying information from me (name, address, telephone number) was passed from SeeClickFix to DC, so there was no way for DC to follow up with me (he said) if there were questions.
2) Although the streetlight is located at the corner of 18th & Pennsylvania Ave., NW, the address of "752 18th St NW" was logged, which confused them. (This could have been my error.)
3) A new Service ID was provided to me: 11-00232307 (or 11-00232507 -- I can't read my handwriting!)
