It has been that way for years and years.

12 years of construction in this area, millions of lost man hours in commuter snarls, and a gazillion dollars of taxpayer dollars wasted, and this stretch of road is as horrible as when I originally put in the issue. As I’ve always said, based on the evidence it seems the mission of Caltrans is to cause the greatest misery for the largest number of people for the longest time possible. In this mission they are succeeding wildly!
The corruption and incompetence are truly breathtaking.
