Last night the power in a good portion of Glover Park went out for extended periods of time twice! There were no strong thunderstorms overnight and it was not hot out either so it couldn't have been a capacity issue. There have been multiple times over the past few years that we have randomly lost power for hours at a time. What seems to be the problem?
