Beschreibung
The "Public Access Walkway" around Harbour Point is in disrepair. Breakwater Bay has a sidewalk that was washed away by the Hurricane and has been repaired. What has not been repaired is the public access Boardwalk in front of Harbour Point.

This walkway is now boarded up with signs to stay out and "construction zone."
The word is that the Condo Assocation inside the fence is responsible for a public access walkway to the water...who in the city enforces this?
