Bike lane on Edgewood Avenue between Austin and Forest dangerous for walkers and bikers due to dangerous trees and overgrowth from curb belt

Caller reported the pavement is rising in the street and is a potential tripping hazard.

Resident reports that a large limb and branches are impacting the sidewalk/curb.

There is a dead looking tree limb extending completely over the sidewalk on the west side of Whitney Avenue just south of Edwards Street and north of the bus shelter. This tree limb looks like it will fall and could cause serious injury if it lands on someone. Please take steps to barricade this area until the tree limb is removed. The tree may be owned by Yale University, but the city has an obligation to provide safe sidewalks. Thank you.

The tree department removed a tree from this location in front of 195 Derby Avenue and now the stump has grown tree limbs out of it and needs to be cut because it's starting to grow towards the sidewalk area. Thank you in advance.

Same issue has not been resolved the tree is very low called the state landscape and he said he passed it down to the tree warden of NH since it was planted for area beautification we need this trimmed down before a branch falls on a vehicle or worst on a person walking down the sidewalk

Extremely dangerous to pedestrians using the sidewalk, this broken tree branch is resting on the power line and could cause a fire. There are also other big broken branches on this same pine tree just dangling above the sidewalk.
