    VW Camper Van - Curbside "Camping" on Public Street... this vehicle has already been on this block for two weeks, but... now has extended a porch for themselves along with performing bike "repairs" and offering an "art" gallery?

    You have already allowed one camper to establish residence on this block, please DO NOT ALLOW another! There are already several abandoned/unmoved cars and dumped appliances on this street... all of which have a direct impact on the local community and residents.

    Stolen Vehicle(s) / car thief

    The person residing in the trailer that is parked in front of the white pickup truck has been stealing cars for months and bringing them to this location. License plates are immediately removed and he begins dismantling the vehicles. He also has other people bring him stolen vehicles. The white truck showed up between 7pm, 12/03 and 7am, 12/4. Please arrest or evict this criminal. I’ve called OPD several times regarding his activities.

    This truck has been stored on 45th for at least two years, and reported here numerous times. It has been orange tagged multiple times, but in every case, someone simply moved it a few spaces down and tore off the tag, where it then sat for a few months until it got tagged again. Repeat cycle... It's now been there since Fall of 2019 and appears to be abandoned.

    Could you please find a permanent solution? Parking is often difficult for both residents and businesses on this block and the truck is a longtime neighborhood nuisance.
