    WHEN will the gas station on the corner of Osborn Avenue and Blake Street be taken care of? It is a complete disgrace to the neighborhood. If it isn't going to be thrown down or dealt with, at least clean it up. How many times must the neighbors complain about this? It is a total eyesore and continues to make the entire neighborhood look bad.

    This needs to be cleaned up immediately and investigated by police. Also calling the non-emergency line.

    Does anyone know when the new music venue has to stop playing music? It's 10 pm and I'm not even nearly as close as most of my neighbors to this new experiment, but the music is in my backyard and in my house despite having the TV on at a higher volume than normal. Is this our new weekend normal?? If so is the Westville Music bowl going to pay my taxes for the interruption of the quiet enjoyment of my property?

    Broken furniture, trash, construction debris in a trailer dumped on Jewell St, including mattresses in the street. Neighbors pick up trash to try to keep the area clean, but this is beyond what we can manage. This is distressing for visitors to Jewish cemeteries! Please clean this up.

    There is an abandoned gas station at the corner of Osborn Avenue and Blake. Neighbors have complained about this gas station for years and nothing is done about it. Now, it is full of leaves, garbage and someone sprayed graffiti all over it. It looks AWFUL and gives the neighborhood a bad feel. We are sick of this. This property either needs to be cleaned up or more importantly thrown down and maybe a nice park put in its place. We take pride in this neighborhood and this gas station just doesn't belong here.

    Am I the only one who is suffering property damage at the hands of the orthodox Lubavitch children on Ellsworth Avenue? They stomp down my little fence, they stomp on my garden, with deliberate menace. They jet down our sidewalks on their scooters and bikes, and they expect you to get out or their way. I have tried to have a conversation about this with the parents, but they deny everything, even when it happens if front of their eyes. No one apologizes. They blame it on Black children. I have been fighting this for two years now. I see other people have put up fences around the front of their property lately. Are they just targeting me because I complained, or is there more? I am about to go to the police with video documenting their actions. But I would like to have corroborating evidence, if possible. I'm not targeting a religion or an ethnicity, and I don't solicit comments from racist activists. These are the children and parents of one congregation. These parents need to discipline their children and teach them respect for other people's property and neighborhood.

    One of the Beaver Hills neighborhood gateway brick piers has been toppled over, presumably by accident by one of the machines/vehicles milling the street the week of July 4th, 2018. While the pier is located on private property, I suspect that it is the City's responsibility to repair the pier in this instance since it likely resulted from their road milling efforts. [EDIT: Apparently, the brick pier was damaged in a car accident. Would it then be up to the property owner of 590 Winthrop Avenue to pursue property damages from the vehicle operator who was at fault?]

    The brick piers are an important component of the Beaver Hills Historic District, which is registered on the National Register of Historic Districts. 590 Winthrop Avenue, the property the pier is located on, is a contributing structure to the historic district.
