    There is a van parked at a school entrance that has been there for weeks! There are people living inside that are dumping human waste right on the sidewalk kids use to go to school.

    Please make a 2nd curb cut at the entrance to the multi use trail to Oyster Bay. Currently there is only one curb cut which points north. We need a 2nd one that points west so that bicyclists arriving from Arrowhead Marsh area can easily enter the trail. This should be a cheap fix that will greatly help the bicycling community.     The vehicle is creating a dangerous blind spot for vehicles exiting our business
    This abandoned RV is not operable and is propped up on a wood block Which means they don't intend to move it anytime soon
    We need this moved ASAP as there have already been two near accidents due to the blocking view of oncoming vehicles around a bend

    In need of a Stop sign, better school zone sign placement, crosswalk repainted and crosswalk lights installed. I've witness many incidents and close calls where pedestrians run high danger when crossing. Big freight/box trucks double parked when loading and off loading (usually in the mornings during school drop off) and impede visibility for both drivers and pedestrians using the crosswalk. Empire is a narrow bus route street which makes it so cars have to park on the sidewalk to make room for cars and buses to get through. A yield sign and the start of a crosswalk seems on a school zone seems outdated. My children attend lighthouse as many kids in the neighborhood and we often drive in fear walking across this danger zone. Many kids walk without an adult and rely of proper city sings and crosswalks to come and go to school. Very urgent!!!

    Individual living out of their van has set up a dumping area and is collecting appliances, mattresses, paint buckets, and a hodge podge of items. This individual has also made people across the street at The East Bay SPCA uncomfortable. The unleashed dog has almost been hit by vehicles driving on Hegenberger Loop. Will be an increased concern when school at Lighthouse starts again.
