    Large puddle in the southernmost (rightmost eastbound) lane of bush. Cars passing through spray pedestrians using the Stockton street tunnel stairs. If the drainage can't be fixed, perhaps a warning sign can be posted?

    Trucks and other equipment block the entire sidewalk on Mason Street and the intersection with Post at the Marriott. Most mornings the sidewalk is blocked in a high traffic area for tourists, commuters, and pedestrians. I've also seen people nearly backed into by delivery trucks or walking into traffic.

    Severe temporary auditory damage hazard from fire department emergency vehicles using sirens well above what would be considered safe in a sports arena. They are being used in confined echo environments where the noise does not dissipate but is compounded. They are loud enough to cause temporary partial deafness to pedestrians and thus are subjecting pedestrians to lethal vehicular traffic hazards from quieter vehicles.

    Motorists waiting to park in the St. Francis Hospital garage -- or frustrated by others blocking the road -- honk around the clock on Pine St. between Leavenworth and Hyde. During rush hour it is non-stop. Besides irritating block residents like me, it must be disruptive to hospital patients as well.

    Perhaps a banner/sign across the street encouraging people to respect residents & hospital patients would help a little? Or a "honk trap" set up by SFPD?

    Feces on Leavenworth NW sidewalk of Leavenworth and Sutter has been there a couple of days, while DPW or contractors have had to work adjacent to the waste. This corner has a bus shelter, and a convenience store, so intersection should be visually checked for human or dog waste daily.
