This plate is run over by car every 30 seconds and also a major cross street for trucks doing construction in FIDI, and as a result, the cars and trucks creating a booming sound every 30 seconds.

    Huge rat problem at this corner. They live in tunnels under this corner. Entrances can be seen in the planters at the corner of Beekman & Pearl Streets. They eat the garbage left behind St. Margarets House. They come out at night and run around the playground in Titanic Park. Kids are playing there every day. This is a serious problem.

    There has been a recent increase in cars and trucks honking in the middle of the night (between midnight and 6am). It seems most of the cars are taxis or black cars for the Deutsche Bank car line and there is a garbage truck which regularly honks every night. There needs to be respect for the fact that thousands of residents are on Wall Street as well.
