The two outside doorway/porch lamps at 191 Wooster are on 24 hours a day. This is obviously quite wasteful and unnecessary (though perhaps not illegal). The IRONY (wait for it)? The lamps use eco-friendly energy saving bulbs. Hilarious.

Several potholes in this one block stretch.

Sidewalk plowing needed. Walking on highway exit ramp is the only current option.

"Who But W. B. Mason"...would park a deliver truck like this?! Half the truck is blocking a narrow sidewalk, forcing pedestrians to alternate or change course. The other half is blocking a narrow, shoulder-less, one-lane roadway, forcing two-way traffic to alternate in the remaining 1.5 narrow lanes. Well done, @WBMasonCo!

City trash can needs some attention. #garbage

Police cruiser illegally parked in "No Standing Anytime" space. No apparent public safety issue, officer visiting P&M Market for food.

Leaves and dirt will prevent this drain from working during the upcoming hurricane.

This hole could swallow a small child! Or at least the wheel of an unfortunate cyclist. This is an accident waiting to happen, please vote to fix.

Currently, only one side of Frank Rogers Blvd (West side, next to Southbound traffic) has an entrance to the PATH train station. As a result, after every soccer game at adjacent Red Bull Arena, there is a dangerous bottleneck of people funneling into a single stairway, for trains heading back to Manhattan. Furthermore, this situation is causing pedestrians to cross this high-traffic Blvd in between cross-walks, to get around the awkward attempts at crowd control (pedestrian corrals, etc).

Having this additional entrance and stairway up to the elevated PATH train would help improve pedestrian safety on BOTH accounts.

Coming south on N. Frontage Rd, is it legal to drive straight (across State St.) at this intersection or not?! Judging from "right turn only" sign, curved median, and observed police activity, the answer is NO. Judging from the traffic signal and common driving practice, the answer is YES.

Due to this confusion, I've witnessed several near-miss accidents here in the past few years. This needs to be fixed, one way or another.

This pothole is of particular danger to cyclists, as it is just past the point on Orange St (Southbound) where the street narrows and bike lane disappears.
