Various homes have excessive lawn length

Trees/bushes are overtaking the sidewalk forcing pedestrians off the sidewalk. This is occurring on the north and west side of this property--just SE of the gas station on Vine.

property gas a trailer parked on the grass and hasn't moved for months. there are always cars/trucks parked on the front and side yards anytime of say, but usually later in the day/overnight

I believe there's a problem with the pedestrian push-to-cross button on the southwest corner of the 68th & Mills Civic intersection (pressing to request crossing Mills from south to north). Tried to trigger it several times but it did not beep, and the crossing signal did not activate even after waiting for more than a full traffic cycle.

Crossing 60th street at the Dakota intersection can be very difficult without having to travel all the way north to Ashworth or south to Mills Civic. Yes there is a trail that goes under 60th, but it is often covered in mud and dirt making it difficult to pass through. Wondering if it is an option to get a cross walk put it in lights like what is on the intersection of Ashworth & 66th street to ensure safe passage for pedestrians, especially those with kids. The light at 28th and Ashworth will change when no cars are present. Ashworth traffic stops for 28th st traffic to proceed and there are no cars there. I see this occur daily

Junk around home and junk cars in driveway. Has had a small red Toyota parked on street for 3+ months now.

Last year only right of way was mowed. The rest of the property hasn’t been mowed in a few years. Nothing has been mowed this year. Can you have them mow the entire property and cut down the junk trees growing.
