    Why is it that every week there is an abundance of trash all over the sidewalks!!? This happens very often and I’m sure you can check the number of reports. Is t it time to make the landlord/managing company purchase more trash bins or have a private company pick their trash up more often!!?

    This is CITY PROPERTY! Located behind Dixwell United Church of Christ and it is an eye sore!! THe church members have cleaned and picked up this mess multiple times! This is an area that is unsupervised and gets dumped often. Is there anyway that this can be cleaned up immediately? Can this area be supervised by police drive thru’s during the late nights early mornings. It would be nice if this could happen before our church service on Easter Sunday?

    Ironclad reality managed. They always have to be called repeatedly when this happens. They don’t seem to be responsible in keeping their managed areas free from the tenant trash. One thing seems to be true, and that is.... purchase more trash cans and recycle bins for the building. They do not have enough.

    Went on a group bike ride up Long Wharf Dr. and we could not ride along the bike path. There was tons of glass shards all along the bike path. Broken bottles, and other glass pieces over the entire length.

    They’ve been dumping Dishwashing machines, of one has been out there for months and garbage studded inside. As well as bins that have not been emptied in months. I’ve seen rodents all over that pile. The location is behind the building and the wind has blown garbage al of the parking area of my building. It’s Ironclad management and I have notified them but they are not answering or responding.
