Now 3 people sleep in the front of the building during night & early morning Should anything be done to help them?

No turn on red; but cars turn on red and have almost gotten hit when crossing the street

Earlier this week, some company was working on the drainage pipes nearby. They moved the sign. Don’t they need to put it back? Cars sort of stop when the sign is in the middle of the street, but not when it is on the side.

So, workmen came to fix the street drains. They moved the sign that states drivers should let pedestrians cross the street at the crosswalk. Shouldn’t they put the sign back? And if they don’t, who should move the sign to the center of the the street?

Do they have to clean out the drains at night making such a racket that prevents the residents sleeping?
