    There has been a pile of woodchips that has been left, since the springtime and has yet to be picked up. I've preciously put a request in and would really appreciate the woodchips being removed. It was from a stump being ground down by the city.

    Good evening,

    A few weeks ago, there was a stump that was ground down on the grassy area between my sidewalk and the street. The wood chips were left there and I was hopeful that they would be removed but they still remain. My address is 70 Girard Ave, New Haven. Any insight would be helpful.
