    Storm drain is severely clogged let alone overgrown and unusable. After the heavy rains on 07/22, the travel lane was flooded for days. And yet no one from DPW drove by and noticed? Please fix before the next heavy rain storm. It is on the west side of East St near a locked fence/gate.
