There is feces, trash, dead leaves, broken sidewalk under the large tree. It is truly an unsafe and hazardous condition as well as a health hazard.

There is a loose rectangular manhole cover on the south lane of beachwood dr just north or graciosa dr. Every time a car drives over it there is a very loud clanging sound, and it is a high traffic area.

This particular camper has been parked on San Fernando Road for at least three weeks. It is plugged into the building it is parked next to (address provided). It is beginning to emit a strong odor of urine. The occupants seem to be aware of this as they have deodorizers on the front dash board.

The area between Lomita and Sepulveda on Western Ave is a mess on both sides and the island that divides the road. There were weeds and different growths that need to be cleaned up. This is very unsightly.

Street light is constantly blinking all night. Very difficult to sleep.
