Every day there are 6-12 cars parked along Rockdale Drive, both the long end that intersects with Lynwood Lane and the short end that dead ends. The drivers of these vehicles begin parking there around 6:45-7:00 a.m and remain there until about 5:45-6:15 p.m..
With all the construction going on at the top of Dartmouth there has been a considerable increase of cut through traffic along Saint Albans, Camelot, Lambeth, Lynwood, Rockdale, and Dartmouth and the last thing needed is a street filled with parked cars that take up 1/2 + the block of Rockdale Drive.
