Dead street tree. (A tree 3 doors down has been acknowledged by you for removal, and both could be scheduled for same time.)

Manhole cover is off as of 5pm this evening. Public works adjusted it yesterday.

Major pothole at intersection of Oliver and Alden.

Pothole. Repair has caved in.

Sharp metal sign post has been cut and is 1-2” sticking out of the ground between street and sidewalk. Hazard for tripping and tires. To the right of the left side driveway as you face Tripp’s.

Abandoned street barricade - randomly left here more than 1 week ago.

Tree in front of 45 Elmwood is dropping large branches/is diseased. City worker said it would be tagged when the crew was working that day, but the tagging crew forgot to tag it, and it was passed by.

*on-going issue* Green light is green from Blake St entering into Whalley for less than 30 seconds. At best, 2 cars get through and get stopped immediately 25 yards away at the next traffic light at Phillip St.
*adjustments required* this issue appears to have gone unaddressed for years.

School Zone signage needed to calm and slow traffic. Congestion and street parking at pick-up and drop-off times is forcing traffic into oncoming lane.

There is a huge branch at this intersection with Lawncrestthat is hanging on by a few threads. It will cause major damage or injury when it comes down, which could be at any moment.

There is a large pothole on Vista Terrace in the south lane, near the curb, but unavoidable during rush hour.
