It shall be unlawful for any person to paint, mark or write on, or post or otherwise affix to or upon a public way or fixture thereon any sign or other form of commercial, noncommercial, or political advertising, promotion, solicitation, communication, or display. It shall furthermore be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to cause or, with knowledge, permit such actions to be taken on such person’s or firm’s or corporation’s behalf.

This business has flooded Carytown with their illegal advertising signage. Please have them remove the signs or fine them.

Inoperable and Abandoned Motor Vehicles on Public Property
A motor vehicle, trailer, or semi-trailer is abandoned and may be towed if it is not in operating condition or it does not display valid license plates and valid inspection decals and it has been left unattended on public property for more than 48 hours.

Please have this vehicle removed as it is in the public right of way and has been left here for over a month now.

This vehicle was tagged to be towed and had a deadline of November 20, 2014. We are well past that date. The original posting was closed and archived before the vehicle was actually towed/removed from the violation area.

Per Richmond Code 102-227 "Trailers and motor homes of any weight may not be parked on streets in residential areas. This ordinance applies to all trailers, including those containing boats." Please have it ticketed, towed, or removed promptly.

During installation on new utility pole, remnant of pole was lodged between the poles. Concerned that the debris could fall loose onto passerby.

Deep potholes in the city parking lot leading to Barker Field. Cars frequently bottom out when entering the parking lot. The holes are also so deep, it takes days for them to dry out leading to breeding areas for mosquitos.
