    Numerous units on the 3100 block of Ellwood Ave. are leaving recycling bins on the sidewalk and other public right of ways.

    Both state the City will enforce the garbage supercans and recycling bins left out passed their allowed times. Furthermore, the latter states that it is the responsibility of the Department of Public Works (Richmond City Agency) to assess the civil penalty of $50 per receptacle left out per day.

It shall furthermore be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to cause or, with knowledge, permit such actions to be taken on such person’s or firm’s or corporation’s behalf.

    This business has flooded Carytown with their illegal advertising signage. Please have them remove the signs or fine them.

    A motor vehicle, trailer, or semi-trailer is abandoned and may be towed if it is not in operating condition or it does not display valid license plates and valid inspection decals and it has been left unattended on public property for more than 48 hours.

    Please have this vehicle removed as it is in the public right of way and has been left here for over a month now.

    This vehicle was tagged to be towed and had a deadline of November 20, 2014. We are well past that date. The original posting was closed and archived before the vehicle was actually towed/removed from the violation area.
