Its been a long time since it was reported, and all it would take is a new cap and a bolt. Could this be taken care of soon? Its in the boulevard in front of my house 4444 18th ave s and I have small children who are very curious. Its difficult to keep them from putting foreign objects down the uncovered pipe. Thanks.
