If you look up this business, they do have a business license, which means that the City would have zone this property for such activities - however according the City, the licence expired in December 2019.
I am sorry that you are experiencing this, however I just went passed it and they are currently supporting the community with childcare/camp options. So maybe approaching them again directly and trying to come to a compromise might be welcome. Just a thought.

Sabine - the childcare options mean about 3-4 children get dumped here by their wealthy parents. They are under-stimulated, climbing my fence bored out of their minds for hours on end. Do not be fooled by their attempt to look like they support this community.
