They do not have a permit. Nor does Zinda. Both have applied, but I'm not sure why considering they have been playing music outside for as long as I can remember. I'm going to reopen as I'd like to hear a city response as to why they have chosen not to enforce the noise ordinances on these businesses.

Zinda has portable speakers that they move outside at night.

This has been referred to the Downtown District Station for review, an update will be posted once we hear back from them

The Downtown District will meet with these businesses and discuss this issue. These businesses have applied for a permit for outdoor music. The hearings in this matter have been delayed by City Council. The Downtown District is working with City Staff on a review of the permit process for outdoor amplified music. The Police Department will continue monitor these locations while this review is being conducted.
