There was a guy OD on the corner. Police came and these cars left, but once the police where gone the dealers came back. I'M AFRAID FOR MY LIFE NOW.

It gets reported to VPD repeatedly . Why is there no change? Why no enforcement? This honda odyssey is constant and people go up to the car, get something then leave.

Consider contacting the FBI and the Calif Attorney General - they're both currently investigating Vallejo's misdeeds and may be able to bring some heat
