I just hit this pot hole and blew my rear passenger-side tire. Because of the pot hole's location, directly before the 10-E onramp, I had to stop on the onramp. Not only do I have to pay for 2 new tires $700 (car is quattro so have to replace both rear tires) but put a lot of people in danger by having to stop on the onramp. So sad and disgusted to come here and find was reported 10 months ago.
