On Long Wharf, right at the light getting onto I95 south. There is a large pile of waste (possibly from a porta potty) right in the middle of the road. You have to drive through it to get on the highway. It stinks horribly and really needs to be cleaned up. Tried calling public works but they aren't answering the phone.

They should be out there soon.

Spoke to Health dept. went out and they did not see anything / smell anything . Where is this issue?
The map must be wrong.They looked on Sargeant near Mobile at the on-ramp for 95 south.
Please advise....

You can smell my car if you want. It still stinks from driving through it.
It was right at the light on Sargent Drive where you turn left to get onto the I95 south entrance. Maybe it's been driven over so many times it's disappeared? It was quite a pile at 8:30 a.m. this morning.
