Usual puddle all the way up onto sidewalk. Pedestrians get splashed by cars going by.

The nearest drains are at Haskell and Yerxa. There's no way for the water to reach them with the current contour of the road. You would need a new drain just to the west of the bus entrance or repave the road to allow water to drain.
