The two rental buildings behind Poppasquash Condos on Chestnut St continue to dump old furniture near dumpster. ABC trash hauler isn’t contracted to pick them up. This is unhealthy and attracts vermin. The management company apparently does not review the property on a regular basis. They just hire contractors. The tenants don’t complain because they don’t care. It’s not their property. Who to contact? The health department?
