It appears that they’re in a public space.

Camping and leaving trash is not allowed, even in a public space. Public spaces need to be available for all to enjoy, not just as a homeless person's living room.

Homeless ppl aren’t the only ppl that litter either. Be grateful that you have a living room and a door that you can close.

William, if homeless ppl are the only ppl littering please explain the thousands of posts re: Illegal Dumping of TV’s, Microwaves, Refrigerators, Couches, Recliners, Tables, Lumber, Drywall, Yard waste, etc., According to you you were moving a year ago. Save your energy to pack.

They are back. There needs to be a permanent solution to these folks squatting at the waterfront. We are sick of their trash and crap spread all over the place
