Something is wrong with the traffic light on James and State Street . If a car is coming on James street and stops at the traffic light when its YELLOW instead of running it OR to close to the middle line, the traffic light would not change to green for a while. Today after waiting on red while the other two sides changed lights three times, we had to ran the red light. I know this was reported and fixed last year but something is wrong, will be helpful if somebody checks this traffic light buy hours about 7:30 and 9am. Thanks
