  It appears that this picture is being taken FROM 11 Howell Pl.
  Further, 11 Howell Pl. does not have any garages associated with the property. Please clarify what property, and garages, are in question relative to the reported illegal activity.

  There are 4 garages across the street from the tow truck. Those are the garages is question.
