This request has been forwarded to Engineering, the park in question is still under the warranty period. This means it is the Developers responsibility to provide the necessary infrastructure.

As this park is still under developer control the developer still has outstanding issues to address in this park prior to the City taking final acceptance. The City is currently working with the developer to have this work completed, but he has not provided us a schedule to date.

How long does the developer have before the schedule needs to be produced? Thanks.
