Hole in road one needs a cover, flush with surface. Bicycle hazard.

Problem is that the service cover is a few centimeters below the road surface, and there is a bad jolt if you go over it. Council has attempted to remove the worst of the sharp edges but still not safe.

I guess no one is watching from the Council. Need to contact them directly. Phone 93679222 and report a bike hazard. Still there yesterday, a small but deep and sharp edged hole caused by not raising the service cover after road resheeting.
