Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. This dog has been roaming the neighborhood for sometime now. I’m not sure if he was dropped off or just not being cared for. He has tried to come into my garage and came as close to my front door. I always see him out in the rain and at times almost getting hit by cars. He is white with black and a blue collar.
