Totally agree with you, however today I had a pleasant email exchange with DCR and was told this will be addressed (fingers crossed!). If it’s not at least it’s worth knowing that DCR is who can address concerns moving forward (& the more of us who reach out to them the better our chances are of seeing change). I hope this helps :)

Due to the large number of reports received, we were unable to inspect this location before the snow/ice melted, and the sidewalk should now in compliance with the assistance of rain.
