As of 1/9 the vehicles are there and the owners of the vehicles have been living out of them. I have also seen a dog in each vehicle. The owners of the vehicles previously owned the home at 3016 Irwin Street which was sold about a month ago. These men have not left the neighborhood and have been seen sleeping in their vehicles and spreading trash and dog feces along the PGE fenced easements.

The white box truck in the picture is also housing people at night to sleep.

These vehicles are not towable. We have tagged them with a 72 hour tag and will follow up. You can also contact 911 when you see people sleeping in the vehicles for an Officer to move them along.
