Have done so. She has been after the city about this and related issues, but they're dragging their feet. Posting here is a useful way of making issues public so they can't be swept under the rug as easily. I know you hate this site, XYZ, but can't figure out why you post here so often.

If someone told you they tried something three times but it hasn't been successful, won't you suggest they try something else? I had no idea you contacted the alder because it was not in your post Also you should not post things that are untrue which was the case when you posted I hate this site. Please show me any proof of this. This site is a tool and like any tool it has to be used correctly.
