This sight has gotten out of control! Taking pictures today i witnessed drug deals going down, people having sex in the parking lot, a deranged homeless man screaming at the weeds and throwing dirt in the air while he kicked the weeds, mounds of garbage, on city property, a homeless camp with multiple people in it and nothing being done about it! I am going to enlarge the pictures that you will see here and send them to one of thee local news stations and possibly bring them down to the next city council meeting and present them! This property owner is not being held responsible for their property! Make the fines so heavy they will make sure it wont happen again! Something has to change in this town! Because what the COV is doing now, is not working!

From the corner of the chain link fence you can see the pile of debris is almost 4 feet high at the railroad tracks
Shopping carts mixed into debris. On the fence sheets make a blind a few drezden people were sitting in the gross mess
I guess when the rain and cold come things will change for the worst as blue tarps and more cardboard is added
And there will be fires
Something bad will happen COV it seems is helpless in the face of issues like this one

With the trash still there it will be even more inviting for them to come back quickly.
Blight and trash attracts the homeless, cleanliness deters them.
