It's annoying people try to dump trash at the car wash, but also equally annoying the owner fails to check on their business on a regular basis to remediate the dumping. Why should the neighbors have to continually be the ones to take action?? I think the owner should be warned or even fined for their lack of prompt attention and relative inaction. This just keeps happening over and over.
