Parking in a lane of travel. While this example was only barely into the cycling lane it requires a cyclist to go into the motor vehicle lane to ensure safety. The area right of the cycling lane is marked as a no parking zone for this reason. This issue was on both sides of the street that day, and a common occurrence on Sherman Ave.

Please step up enforcement immediately as the cycling season has begun and I’d like to get through it without another avoidable cyclist death.
